30 DAYS MONEY BACK OR EXCHANGE POSSIBILITY

The seller has 30 days to return the vehicle if not satisfied. Of course, the goods must be returned without any technical or visual defects. The buyer can also exchange the vehicle for a vehicle that is already in stock. In any case, the transport costs are fully paid by the buyer. The exception is this case: if the car has some defects that are not caused by the buyer, our company will cover all transport costs.

TRIAL PERIOD BEFORE ACCEPTING THE VEHICLE

After the buyer has received the car, he can test it within the trial period of 5 days. At the end of the trial period and only if the buyer accepts the car, our company will help him to register the car under his name. If the seller refuses the contract during or after the trial period, the amount will be refunded to the buyer, including the costs incurred by the buyer in connection with the transfer (accrued within 24 hours from the date of refusal).

NO TRANSPORT FEES FOR BUYER

Supported by modern communication technology, we transport our customers goods to their destination on time and reliably. NO HIDDEN FEES! For anything that involves buying through the company, the buyer has not paid you anything. All fees are deducted from the vehicle price at the end. The buyer only pays the car price and nothing more. All cars sold by our company are insured against premium insurance during the period of transportation and driving test.

6 MONTHS WARRANTY FOR ALL CARS

We thoroughly evaluate and inspect every car we broker. We provide the buyer with the results of the inspection and offer a 6-month guarantee on all cars that pass our inspection. We cover any repairs that occur within the 6-month warranty period by paying the full cost to the relevant brands car dealer. Our warranty is valid throughout Europe and all repairs are covered by the company.

COMPLETE MAINTENANCE BEFORE SALE

After the inspection is carried out by our engineers,all vehicle from us will benefit by a COMPLETE MAINTENANCE BEFORE SALE(engine oil change,filters etc.) Also,the usual consumable parts can be changed (brake discs,pads,gearbox oil,oil brakes etc).Only if is needed.These costs will be charged to the seller.All cars sold by our company will benefit by a premium insurance during the transportation and driving test period.

ASSISTANCE FOR REGISTRATION CAR

All the documents required for registration,original documents car,sale contract, will be issued to buyer in the moment in which he receives the car.The buyer can use the license plates of the car,for 30 days,after must register on his name.Also the car can be registered immeDTAB Autovermietung GmbHtely after the 5 day trial period,if the buyer want. Throughout the registration and preparation documents process,the buyer will be assisted by one of our agents.

WE ACCEPT ONLY TOP CONDITION CARS

On sellers attention(Private or Car Dealer): If the car will not not meet our requirements after the inspection, has mechanical or visual defects, the documents are not in order or it has financial obligations on it, we will not trade the sell and we will not accept the car. Also, if the car does not pass our inspection, all verification fees will be charged to the seller.
