By sending this authorization, the buyer concludes a legally binding contract with DTAB Autovermietung GmbH.

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the money that is transferred will be held in the bank account for 5 days until the end of the trial period. During this time, the buyer can withdraw his funds without any financial obligation after notifying the company pursuant to Section 675u, paragraph 1.

At the same time, the buyer declares on his own responsibility that he has understood all the terms of the transaction from payment to the final takeover of the vehicle.
